모카 개인정보처리방침

「모카」(이하 "앱")는 손으로 적는 개인 커피 노트 앱입니다. 이 문서는 앱이 어떤 정보를 다루고 어떤 정보를 다루지 않는지 설명합니다. 요지는 다음과 같습니다.
- 계정과 서버가 없습니다. 회원가입·로그인이 없고, 앱이 운영하는 서버도 없습니다.
- 커피 기록은 기기 밖으로 나가지 않습니다. 기록은 사용자 기기 안의 파일 하나에만 저장됩니다.
- 광고는 Google AdMob이 제공합니다. 광고 SDK는 광고 게재에 필요한 기기 정보를 Google에 보내지만, 커피 기록은 광고에 쓰이지 않습니다.
- 앱이 멈추거나 기능이 실패하면 오류 보고가 Sentry로 갑니다. 오류를 고치는 데만 쓰며, 커피 기록은 담기지 않고 사용자를 식별하지 않습니다.
1. 앱이 저장하는 정보
앱은 사용자가 직접 적은 커피 기록(커피명, 로스터리, 원두 정보, 시음일, 레시피, 감상, 평가, 디개싱 목표일)과 앱 설정(알림 시각, 카드 테마)을 사용자 기기 안의 로컬 데이터베이스 파일에 저장합니다. 이 정보는 개발자나 제3자에게 전송되지 않으며, 개발자는 이 정보에 접근할 수 없습니다.
기록이 앱 밖으로 나가는 경우는 사용자가 직접 실행하는 세 가지뿐입니다.
- 카드로 공유: 사용자가 회차 카드를 이미지로 만들어 같은 기기의 사진 보관함에 저장할 때. 앱은 사진을 추가할 권한만 요청하며 보관함의 사진을 읽지 않습니다. 저장한 이미지를 어디에 올릴지는 사용자가 사진앱에서 고릅니다.
- 백업 내보내기: 사용자가 기록 전체를 JSON 파일로 내보낼 때. 파일의 보관 위치는 사용자가 공유 시트에서 고릅니다.
- AI에게 물어보기: 사용자가 기록을 텍스트로 만들어 클립보드에 복사할 때. 앱은 AI 서비스를 호출하지 않으며, 복사한 텍스트를 어디에 붙여넣을지는 사용자가 고릅니다.
기기의 OS 백업(iCloud 백업, Android 자동 백업)이 켜져 있으면 앱의 데이터 파일이 OS 백업에 포함될 수 있습니다. 이는 OS의 기능이며 각 OS의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
2. 알림
디개싱 목표일 알림은 기기 안에서 예약되는 로컬 알림입니다. 원격 푸시 알림·푸시 토큰·알림 서버가 없습니다. 알림 권한은 앱의 설정 화면에서만 요청하며, 허용하지 않아도 알림을 제외한 모든 기능을 쓸 수 있습니다.
3. 광고 (Google AdMob)
앱은 무료로 제공되며 화면 하단에 배너 광고를 표시합니다. 광고는 Google LLC의 AdMob이 제공합니다. 광고를 게재하기 위해 Google 모바일 광고 SDK가 다음 정보를 Google에 전송할 수 있습니다.

4. 오류 보고 (Sentry)
앱이 멈추거나 기능(백업 가져오기·카드 저장·알림 예약 등)이 실패하면, 그 오류를 고치기 위해 오류 보고가 Functional Software, Inc.(Sentry)로 전송됩니다. 개발 중인 빌드가 아니라 스토어에서 받은 앱에서만 보냅니다.

앱은 광고 SDK와 오류 보고 SDK 외의 분석 SDK를 사용하지 않습니다.
5. 사용자의 선택
- iOS 추적 허용(App Tracking Transparency): 앱이 처음 광고를 표시하기 전에 추적 허용 여부를 묻습니다. 허용하지 않으면 맞춤 광고 대신 일반 광고가 표시됩니다. 언제든 iOS 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적에서 바꿀 수 있습니다.
- 맞춤 광고 끄기: iOS 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → Apple 광고, Android 설정 → Google → 광고에서 광고 식별자를 재설정하거나 맞춤 광고를 끌 수 있습니다.
- EU·영국 등 동의가 필요한 지역: 첫 실행 시 동의 여부를 묻는 화면이 표시됩니다. 동의하지 않아도 앱의 모든 기능을 쓸 수 있습니다. 앱 설정 → 광고 개인정보 설정에서 언제든 다시 고를 수 있습니다.
6. 보관과 삭제
커피 기록은 사용자가 앱 안에서 삭제하거나 앱을 삭제하면 기기에서 지워집니다. 개발자는 사본을 갖고 있지 않으므로 별도의 삭제 요청 절차가 필요 없습니다. 광고 SDK가 Google에 보낸 정보의 보관·삭제는 Google의 개인정보처리방침을, 오류 보고의 보관·삭제는 Sentry의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
7. 아동
앱은 만 14세 미만(및 해당 지역 법이 정한 연령 미만)의 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.
8. 방침의 변경
이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지의 시행일을 갱신합니다. 수집 항목이 늘어나는 등 중요한 변경이 있으면 앱 업데이트 안내에 함께 적습니다.

Mocha Privacy Policy (English summary)

Mocha is a personal coffee journal. There is no account, no login, and no server operated by the developer.
- Your coffee notes stay on your device. All records and settings are stored in a local database file on your device. They are never sent to the developer or any third party, except when you yourself save a card image to your photo library (the app only asks to add photos and never reads them), export a backup file, or copy your notes as text to the clipboard with "Ask AI" (the app never calls an AI service). If your OS backup (iCloud Backup / Android Auto Backup) is on, the app's data file may be included in that backup.
- Notifications are local. Degassing reminders are scheduled on the device. There are no remote push notifications and no push tokens.
- Advertising. The app shows banner ads served by Google AdMob. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may send Google your advertising identifier (IDFA / Android Advertising ID), device information (model, OS version, language, screen size), approximate location derived from your IP address, ad interaction data, and the app identifier and version. Your coffee notes and settings are never included in ad requests. See the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
- Error reporting. When the app crashes or a feature fails (backup import, saving a card, scheduling a reminder, etc.), the store version of the app sends an error report to Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry) so the developer can fix it. A report contains the error type and message, the code location, the app version, device information such as model and OS version, the names of recently visited screens, and whether the app session ended normally. Your coffee notes and settings are never included — any record values mixed into an error message are masked on the device before sending. No user ID, IP address, device name, screen recording or screenshot is sent; reports do not identify you and are not used for advertising or tracking. See the Sentry Privacy Policy. The app uses no analytics SDKs other than the ads and error‑reporting SDKs.
- Your choices. On iOS you will be asked for tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency) before the first ad; you can change it any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. You can reset your advertising identifier or opt out of personalized ads in your OS settings. In the EU, UK and other regions where consent is required, a consent form is shown on first launch; declining does not limit any feature, and you can change your choice in the app under Settings → Ad privacy settings.
- Retention and deletion. Deleting a record in the app, or deleting the app, removes it from your device. The developer holds no copy. Data sent to Google by the ads SDK is governed by Google's policies, and error reports by Sentry's.
- Children. The app is not directed at children under 14 (or the applicable age in your region) and does not knowingly collect their data.
